How to Use

1. Wet your dog all over with lukewarm water.
2. Open the lid on top of the scrubber, drop in one Smart Basics Paws soap ball and close the lid.
3. Dip the scrubber in water, then massage in slow circles from neck to tail. The soap ball softens and lathers inside the scrubber while the bristles work the foam through the coat.
4. Dip the scrubber again whenever you need more lather. Keep the lather away from the eyes and out of the ears.
5. Rinse until the water runs clear, then towel dry.

Care

• After every bath, open the lid and rinse the chamber and bristles under running water.
• Shake off excess water and leave it to air dry with the lid open.
• Wash it in warm, soapy water now and then to keep it fresh.
• Store it somewhere dry between baths.
• Not a chew toy: keep it out of your dog's reach after bath time.
• Don't use on broken or irritated skin.

Can I use it without soap balls?
Yes. Add a small amount of your usual dog shampoo to the chamber, mix in a little water so it flows, close the lid and scrub. For a measured, mess-free wash every time, we recommend our soap balls.

How many soap balls do I need per bath?
One. Each soap ball is a single, pre-measured dose, so you use the right amount every time.

Is it gentle enough for puppies and older dogs?
The bristles are soft, flexible silicone. Use light pressure on puppies, older dogs and sensitive areas like the belly and legs.

Does it work on long or thick coats?
Yes. Work in the direction of the hair with slow, gentle strokes so the lather reaches the skin, then rinse well.

Can I use it outside?
Absolutely. It works just as well on the lawn with the hosepipe as it does in the bath.
